Comfort Measures for labor and delivery, blending best practices with Jewish wisdom to embrace the spiritual power of childbirth.

About the Comfort Measures Workshop

This workshop is focused on comfort measures for labor and delivery. It integrates common practices (e.g., aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, breathing, imagery, etc.) with wisdom from the Jewish tradition that helps expectant parents tap into the spiritual power of the moment.

What might be experienced primarily as a medical procedure becomes an opportunity to feel the fullness of our humanity and the power of creation. It is intended for people who plan to have a medicated birth, an unmedicated birth, a c-section, or those who don’t know yet!

We don’t want cost to be a barrier. If you need special pricing arrangements, please don’t hesitate to contact Rabbi Miriam at RabbiMiriam@HavaNaBaby.org.
